Fille - Trendafila Trendafilova

Biography

Fille (Trendafila Trendafilova) is a Bulgarian multidisciplinary artist, vocalist, composer, music producer and DJ, based in Sofia. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Fine Arts from the National Academy of Art in Sofia and has participated in artist residencies in Barcelona, Vienna and Paris. Her visual practice draws on magical realism, mythology, nature and the tensions between ancient knowledge and contemporary technology. After expanding into electronic music production and DJing in 2022, she developed Fille, a project blending IDM, breakbeat, experimental electronics, dreamlike soundscapes and ethereal vocals. Her debut album, Only Skies Stay Eternal, was released in 2025.
